Laura has a studio in South Hykekhem and already runs Family FIT sessions there (as well as other adults sessions), and Kids Fitness Activity Days both there and in the village of Potterhanworth.
In the new year she is starting some sessions specifically for children who are home educated as well as sessions for 16+ with additional needs and/or disabilities.
Laura is a qualified SENDCo, teacher of 15 years and fitness coach.

The Virtual Autism Hub is an innovative source of all age autism support to empower autistic people and their parents/carers. They work closely with community groups and organisations to strengthen support for autistic adults, children and young people and parent/carers, increasing the range, breadth and reach of these groups.

As part of this, they offer a grants programme. They are now opening the 2023-2024 registration process for autism groups (existing or new) to apply for funding, and the deadline is the 31st January 2024.

They will offer Specialist Autism Navigators to work directly with people across the county to help them access statutory services and other local support. This support will be non-clinical and include advice, signposting to local groups and services, information about autism and diagnostic pathways, as well as some practical support with things like filling out forms or accompanying to first meetings.

VoiceAbility provides advocacy services for Adults in Lincolnshire. Advocacy is a free, independent and confidential service available to help you to understand and be fully involved in important decisions about your life.

Advocacy is about helping you when you're making difficult decisions to:

• Speak up to make your views and wishes heard
• Think through different choices and options available to you so you can make your own decisions
• Represent your views if you are unable to do so yourself
• Understand your rights

VoiceAbility also represent the voices of people with learning difficulties and Autism at the Learning Disability Partnership Board and the Staying safe meeting. They also aim to make a difference by collaborating with a diverse range of agencies.
