We visited the Ark wildlife and Dinosaur Park Easter Monday.

With the Max card we got a free child with a paying Adult but adult was able.to pay carer rate rather than full adult price still.

Had a lovely day but really isn't particularly wheelchair accessible, I use a powerchair myself and struggled. Lady on till didn't know what Max Card was but once I said free adult with child she checked a folder and found it in there and was quite happy to use it.

Staff lovely but definitely not disability friendly place, cafe was far too crowded with tables to safely get around in wheelchair, footpaths etc definitely not wheelchair friendly and even more dangerous for those with sticks , poor eyesight or unsteady on their feet.

Children would enjoy going again, but I wouldn't go again as a wheelchair user for my owns safety and wellbeing as my body was shaken and sore after.

We visited Boston Bowl for my youngster's first bowling experience.
We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff.

They accepted the Max card and gave us a discount on our family session.
The facilities were clean and well maintained.

At the time we visited there were sufficient quiet areas for my youngster to regulate himself when needed. Can't thank the staff enough.

Free entry for 2 adults and 2 children.
We paid extra for a tour of the Ross Tiger which was well worth a visit for £2 each, but is only accessible by steps, and some of which, are very steep. Tour guide really knowledgeable and patient with all ages and abilities. Really interesting tour.

Online it states 1 free drink however this is not available. They apologized and said they have tried to get this removed from the Max card website several times but to no avail so far.

We visited during school holidays and it wasn't too busy so crowds not an issue.
Our children did comment on some of the smells around the venue but you could quickly pass though these if an issue.
Cafe clean and quiet. Staff were really patient when the children took time to decide what to order!

Over all a lovely place to visit if you are interested in fishing or local history. We will definitely return as both adults and children had a lovely day.

We have just begun our home education journey with our ASD 9 year old. He asked to visit a farm to learn about different animals and all about them. We chose Hall Farm Park and was not disappointed.

The staff are friendly and there is ample things to do for a varied age range. Staff took time to educate when he asked a question.

With the discount from the Max Card, we were able to purchase extras from the trip including food for the animals and a teddy from the shop so that this provides memories of the day long after we return home. Thank you.

We have used Max Cards at Hall Farm Park near Caistor.

We love visiting this venue and find the Max cards to be very beneficial.
We can spend all day there and my boys really enjoy it there.

The food there is amazing and there is lots for the boys to do. We go there as often as we can and when the weather is good, we enjoy being outside in the fresh air.

It is a really great place to visit.

This farm is also one of the more reasonably priced ones local to Lincoln making it a really good option.

It's a great place with lots of options for moving your body and lovely animals to feed.

Fantastic discount so it's very good if you have to leave after a short time as you're not wasting lots of money.

Great place and lots of animals to see, however be aware that the parrots are very loud and squawky which my boys were not keen on so ear defenders are a good idea.

All in all I would definitely recommend.

After asking at reception I only had to pay for 1 out of 3 of us to enter Lincolnshire wildlife park. The venue was brilliant.

Mostly level walk ways so suitable for wheelchairs and buggies. Lots of benches around the park to stop for breaks also.

Various animals to view along with a map provided for those who need to know where they are going. Staff extremely friendly and any help needed they would help if they can.
Will definitely be going again as my son really enjoyed it.

I'm unsure what the toilet facilities are like as we didn't use them and the road leading to the park is extremely bumpy so I would be careful driving along there but otherwise a brilliant park and worth the travel to see the smile on my sons face.

Visited using Max Card first time Easter Sunday. Very easy to use, I got a discount too. Daughter free.
Quiet outside areas, 2 disabled toilets available. Spread out areas, calming. Nice playarea. Different seating areas around the park.

Go around at your own pace. My eldest also autistic has been volunteering at the park.(part of her uni course) Staff have been helpful, kind and understanding when she has needed time out.

Plus checked she was OK before doing a task. I feel the park from my experience has a good understanding of autism.

Lovely day at the Lincolnshire Wildlife Park. It's much bigger than when we last visited and you could comfortably spend 2-3 hours here with the various talks.
Packed full of parrots but there were also various other animals, including the four beautiful Bengal tigers.
The Max Card got both children in for free with the two of us adults being charged the concessionary rate

Staff on front desk knew immediately the offer with the MaxCard and processed without any explanation which makes it easy to use straight away.
Easy parking, lots to look at, mostly outdoors (so not too crowded or overwhelming) and a great day out.

My children and myself visited the Lincolnshire Wildlife Park for the first time.
We used our Max card and the children were free and my ticket was discounted. This was excellent value for money.
We used the restaurant too - food is simple eg. Hot dogs, burgers, jacket potatoes etc. My children had a hot dog each and advised they enjoyed - I had a vegan burger which was okay.
We also bought food for the birds and meerkats (4 bags for £7).

The toilet facilities were okay and baby change facilities available. There is also a changing places facility for those who require this facility.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day, and our highlight was feeding the parrots and other exotic birds - there is a couple of walk through areas where you can feed the birds and one landed on my son’s head which he found hilarious.
We shall definitely be visiting again soon.

Not sure if this is the correct name, but we asked our son where he wanted to go in Skegness and this was his choice.

For those who love nature this is a real treat.

When we went to Normanby hall we took a picnic as went as part of a big group.

The max card meant that we could all get free entry and the staff were knowledgeable of the card. The kids enjoyed the splash pool and the parks.

We also went through the woods where we saw little streams. There is activities to do indoors if bad weather prevails.
There is also a cafe, gift shop and you can look round the house.

The staff were friendly.

We visited Normanby hall there is the splash park, a park, buildings to look round a museum and woods that have little streams in.
A cafe for those that want to eat out or you can take a picnic.

Max cards holders can visit for free as a family.
My children enjoyed the splash park and the woods.
In the museum they could colour in pictures downstairs and look around the museum upstairs.
There were disabled toilets and baby change plus ladies and gents which were clean.

We have used the Max Card on a few occasions, usually Normanby Hall and Whisby Nature Park.
It’s definitely helped us out by cutting the cost on some family days out - it’s a great opportunity provided by LPFC!

We had a Max Card from North Lincolnshire council and would like another we used it all summer every year at Normanby hall.

It has excellent workshops for children, summer fares and my son likes to walk the dogs and watch the deer.

We attended as a family on the Country Faye day and having the max card entitled us to all to free entry which meant we could afford to buy lunch and coffee at the event.

Well supported event, fantastic play area for the children for all ages, accessible toilets but they could do with some updating. Some of the locks on toilets were broken. Some new cabin toilets had also arrived which were under renovation.

Great amount of space to get away from the crowds and noise.

Would definitely recommend a trip over and will be visiting again.

A fabulous day out! Staff at the entrance gate were knowledgeable about the MAX card, and let us know how busy it was (it was actually a quiet day!)

The staff inside the museum area were very friendly, trying to engage the children with the activities they had set out (colouring and crafts.)

The site was clean and tidy, as was the toilets. Lovely play park area - will be visiting again this year!

We regularly use our Max Card to take our son swimming. An adult and our son can swim for £1 which is an amazing offer and means we take him swimming regularly which is great for his health and his swimming ability - win win!! Thank you for providing the Max Cards.

Excellent service from staff. They are friendly and welcoming.
Initially unaware of the Max Card system but once explained they offered a discounted entry for my son at £5 (original cost £7.75).
They were SEND friendly and knowledgeable.
They also have Little Miracles group sessions onsite regularly.

The premises are accessible via ramped access.
There is a quieter section of the premises in the pool table area that has been completely empty every time we have attended. This has been ideal for quiet breaks when overstimulated.

I can't comment on how accessible the toilets are as I did not use them.
Great value for money. Recommend!

The cafe is good, overlooking the boating lake and has soft play area too.
