Below are details of the Question time event - i.e. Service, Representative, Role, Description.

Once the Event has taken place, links to the Audio and Video recordings from Zoom will be available along with a list of questions asked and their respective recording time stamps.

After the recording has been listened to parents will then be able to add feedback to a particular question as required which will be made available to the representative who may provide a response.

If you receive a personal budget should this be acknowledged on the persons EHCP? Should the actual figure be acknowledged on the EHCP (Identified Personal Budget (Section J)? Is there any reason if a personal budget has been awarded (and being used through Penderels Trust) why it would not be recorded in Section J or Social Care Resources (Section H)? Thank you

Why are there so many PB from different providers?

Why is it that LCC do not appear to use their discretion when claiming back funds that weren't spent on care etc during the year. This may be due to Covid, the market place for carers being extremely poor or due to illness. It appears that no leeway is allowed for these factors, which makes using the budget extremely difficult. Carers have a complex time utilising direct payments anyway without this added pressure to use in the financial year?
