Over the next year or two (from Nov 21) LPCF are planning to conduct a series of Question Time style interviews with key individuals relating to their role in SEND.
- The sessions will be recorded via Zoom and will be available in a video format or an audio only
format (recommended).
- Each interview will be conducted by the LPCF Team based upon a series of questions that LPCF members have
submitted and the team will be ensuring that points of clarity etc. are drawn out as required during
responses.

The questions asked will all be listed for each session along with the timestamp that the question was asked,
so that individuals can quickly navigate to their particular points of interest.
- Below is a list of the Question Time sessions currently available.
- If parents have any thoughts on who might be invited to take the hot seat, please feel free to drop us a
line with thoughts and ideas along with some starter questions you might like to see answered.
We will see what we can do after that.

Once people have listened to the answers they will have the opportunity to provide feedback which will be
passed to the relevant QT guest.
(Please note that feedback must be restricted to the subject matters in hand and should avoid your own personal issues.)

The following is a list of planned forthcoming Question Time sessions. You can submit a question for future sessions however we have to close the option to add questions 4 weeks prior to the event.
This allows LPCF to collate and sanitise questions etc. and submit them to the service representative to help prepare answers.
Should you wish to add a "late" question for consideration - please email LPCF.

Guest Role My name is Laura Blaine, I am Lincolnshire County Council Carers Practice Lead. I am passionate about ensuring carers in our county get the support that they need.
I am committed to ensuring our dedicated carers workforce, our colleagues in adults and children’s services, health and other partners understand the offer of Lincolnshire Carers Service.
Carers Assessment is just one part of a multifaceted service, every carer is unique and therefore every conversation leads to personalised outcomes for that carer.
Caring is likely to affect all of us at some point in our life and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to work in this role!

Service / Agency Lincolnshire Behaviour Outreach Support Service and Family Hubs
Guest Name Rachel Fannin
Guest Role Rachel is a Training, Volunteer and Community Development Co-ordinator.
She develops and oversees the training offer of the service.
The aim is to support and upskill schools, so that they are able to more confidently support children displaying distressed behaviours in the classroom.
A parenting programme is also delivered to eligible families.
