Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) - Children and Young people(CYP)Services
Presentation by - TomLPFT provide Children and Young People Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Services in Lincolnshire. The Services range from school based emotional wellbeing services (Healthy Minds Lincolnshire) for young people up to 19 years old (25 years if SEND or Leaving Care ) to more specialist mental health services (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services - CAMHS).
