This guide describes how the new system that supports children and young people with SEN or disabilities, and parents, is intended to work.

 Much has been written and said about the Children and Families Act 2014 from its fledgling beginnings as the Green Paper, up to the Royal assent in March and now during the implementation phase. The NNPCF Steering Group felt that it is now appropriate to properly establish our views about the Act.
